背景：兩臺Cisco3750做雙機，Cisco3750-01硬件故障，罷工了。新買的二手交換機與之前的IOS不一致，故需要更換IOS。

準備工作：網線、console線、tftp工具

操作步驟：

一、從Cisco3750-02上下載以前的IOS

1、在交換機接口上配置一個接口地址；

SW-A-02(3750-2)(config)#int g1/0/23
SW-A-02(3750-2)(config-if)#no switchport

SW-A-02(3750-2)(config-if)#ip address 192.168.100.100 255.255.255.0

2、筆記本用網線連接到交換機；

筆記本使用ip地址192.168.100.101，開啟tftp工具（3CDaemon）

3、下載IOS；

（1）筆記本與交換機連通性測試

SW-A-02(3750-2)#ping 192.168.100.101

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 192.168.100.101, timeout is 2 seconds:

（2）查看Flash信息

二、更新新交換機上的IOS

1、為了以防萬一，先將該交換機的IOS備份（方法與上述方式相同）；

3、上傳新的IOS

Switch#copy tftp: flash:
