2.2jupyter安裝

#安裝jupyter
pip install jupyter
#有錯誤提升的話，則需要安裝依賴包,No module named 'x'  x顯示什么就安裝什么依賴包
pip install maturin
#安裝插件，提高效率
pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
#更新jupyter        
pip install --upgrade jupyter

2.3初次啟動jupyter

#按windows鍵+r 輸入:jupyter-notebook
#google瀏覽器  輸入：127.0.0.1:8888 或者 localhost:8888

#windows命令創建文件
