原因很簡單：歸檔目錄滿了，解決的方法也很多的
1，如果歸檔存放在FRA區，修改一個FRA區的大小就可以了，前提是FRA目錄上還有剩余的空間。
2，使用單獨的歸檔目錄，擴一下文件系統或者將歸檔路徑修改到其它的地方就可以了。
3，下面我們測試另一種方法
1，啟動數據庫報錯

2，alert中報下面的錯誤

3，下面將歸檔庫更改為非歸檔就可以正常啟動了
我做的事情增加了resetlog的方式，在生產環境這里可以使用noresetlogs的方式就可以了，因為我們只是更改一下歸檔模式的。
