oracle 11.2.0.4 ogg 12.3.0.1.0備庫rep進程啟動報錯OGG-00446

    數據庫版本：oracle 11.2.0.4

    今天教一新手使用oracle 11.2.0.4 ogg 12.3.0.1.0做數據同步，其部署過程不規范，備庫未對goldengate用戶做checkpoint表，導致備庫的引用進程啟動不了。
