如何升級Oracle Database為Oracle Database 19.3？

1. 背景介紹
由于Oracle Database 19c會作為Oracle長期支持的版本，官方也建議大家選擇19c這個版本。而最新推出的20c會作為一個全新的發布序列，當前版本是20.1，此版本的生命周期也會比較短，因此可以再觀望一下20c的后續版本。我安裝了在Oracle官網可以下載到的19.3的版本，完成了升級到19.6版本的操作過程，給此項目工作提供文檔支持。

2. 升級過程
可以從MOS獲得 Database 19.6 的 patch，名稱如下：

Patch 30463595: COMBO OF OJVM RU COMPONENT 19.6.0.0.200114 DB RU 19.6.0.0.200114

安裝Patch的時候，建議大家先閱讀Patch中的README文檔，文檔中詳細介紹了該patch的安裝方法和其他使用方法等內容；由于Patch 30463595是兩個補丁的合并，因此要分別安裝其中的 30463595 和 30557433。

先檢查當前Oracle數據庫的補丁安裝情況，使用opatch lsinv命令可以看到現在補丁是19.3的版本。
